- A man gets stabbed with a hook in his neck. He ends up hanging from it and coughing blood.
- A woman gets impaled with a spear that enters from her vagina and exits from her mouth. Pretty graphic, with a closeup of the woman's vagina and mouth covered in blood.
- A woman's head is stuck on a closing car window, which begins to sever her neck. Her decapitated head is later shown on the floor.
- A man dies of carbon monoxide poisoning after getting stuck in a car filled with exhaust gas.
- A man is electrocuted, and his face is covered with burn wounds.
- A nude woman is attacked by two dogs. They start biting her, and her body becomes covered in blood.
- A man and a woman get into a physical fight. They start slapping each other on the face, but then the man throws the woman on the floor and starts slapping and hitting her on different parts of her body.
- A man is forced to stab his chest with a needle and inject himself with a lethal drug dose.
