With Neill Blomkamp now officially hired to write and direct a new Alien film for 20th Century Fox, you might have Aliens on the brain. Arguably the most relentless entry to the franchise, James Cameron's Aliens still leaves indelible marks on viewers' minds with its seemingly endless waves of Xenomorphs coming to sink their teeth and spray their acidic spit on Corporal Dwayne Hicks' Colonial Marines and Ellen Ripley. If the images of those Xenomorphs crawling through the ceiling and striding across the floor have stuck with you since first watching Aliens, then you might want to start saving your allowance money, because the folks at Hollywood Collectibles Group have revealed an upcoming offering that will be on display at this year's San Diego Comic-Con: a life-size Alien Warrior statue that depicts one of the territorial Xenomorphs from 1986's Aliens.

A little over seven years after the release of Ridley Scott’s Alien arrived in theaters, James Cameron brought out the big guns (literally) with his action-oriented sequel Aliens, which dominated over the summer of 1986 as it held the number one spot on the box office charts for four weeks straight.
Starring Sigourney Weaver, Michael Biehn, Paul Reiser, Lance Henriksen, Bill Paxton, Carrie Henn, Jenette Goldstein, Mark Rolston, and William Hope, Aliens follows Ellen Ripley, the sole (human) survivor of the events of Scott’s original film, and a rag-tag crew of Colonial Marines back to the planet Lv-426 where Ripley and her crew first encountered the deadly alien species after a terraforming colony located there mysteriously goes dark.
The complete antithesis of Scott’s Alien, Cameron’s sequel was a raucous action/sci-fi mash-up that took everything that made the original movie so great and then kicked it up...

Fox recently released screenshots and a trailer for their upcoming mobile game "AvP: Evolution," in which players take on the role of either Predator or Alien in a bloody all-out war between the iconic extraterrestrial species. Head past the break and take a peek!
The single-player action-adventure game takes place on a distant planet where the Super Predators (the bad guys in this outing) have enslaved the Aliens in an attempt to exterminate the Jungle Hunter Clan. As an alien, players will start the campaign as a lowly Facehugger, eventually evolving into an Alien Warrior.
