- In the uncensored version, the villain decides to attack the protagonist's family. While in the hospital Aiko's top is ripped open by Limehouse while she's unconscious and reveals her breasts. He touches them and her thighs with his hands. Rape is implied.

- In the final fight, a man ends up with his face in a circular saw. Screams can be heard, but the action takes place off-screen.
