I haven't seen this movie in a long but for sentimental reasons, it has remained. This movie is about family and their aging father/ grandfather. There is no drastic statement being made in the movie, it is simply a story that tells us not loose sight of what's important. The children in this movie have this simple life message, while the older members of the family are caught up in life's petty details. The grandfather connects with the children, and they end up being the only family members who understand life, and the end of life.
