Great series, too few episodes

I also remember seeing this series in the U.S. on one of the cable stations years ago, and it stuck in my memory because of Wayne Knight and Emma Thompson, but no one I know has ever heard of this title. The one episode I recall the best was one of the younger guys being baptized in the name of "Cheezus" by having the priest shove his head repeatedly into a tub of liquid cheese. The cast also seemed to have a recurring skit where they were all sitting around in a living room watching television or at least talking; I can still picture after all these years Knight and Thompson sitting there. Overall the skits were more surreal than you'd find on some of our U.S. or Canadian series; it must be that wonderful British sense of humor. I'd love to own a copy of all the episodes, but I'm afraid that's a lost cause.

I actually saw this once on (I believe) Night Flight on USA sometime in the early 90's It was a strange sketch comedy show like the Kenny Everitt Show. The best thing was seeing actors like Willam Sadler and Emma Thompson doing comedy! I can still remember a skit about a zit cream called pimple on that made them all grow into one big zit on top of your head. I think it had Sadler and Wayne Knight in it in a locker room. Knight slaps Sadler in the back and his head "pops" like a pimple. It was kind of like that the rest of the show. And of course it had half naked chicks in situations with double meanings. Anyway it is too bad USA or whoever has the copies of all the crazy stuff they showed on Night Flight doesn't let it out for the rest of us. Lucky for me I have a few recorded tapes of the stuff but they won't last forever.

WHERE IS THE SALT, HUH?

This is good one to see with freinds and to knock on the head with a beer. This film is about a great astonishment kinds of feelings with girksis and is really a food one. I say it is good with a beer because, really, it is one of the kind. It might not be as good as unsalted nuts, but is nearly, very much so, and all the actors are so good, it desreves its place. It will suck you in and make you come in another world, and leave you exhasted, but begging for more.
