Wearing trashy outfits throughout (which help create a somewhat tongue-in-cheek tone), Carroll's Mandy is a woman who wants to get ahead in the business world. Quite believably she has to deal with blatant male chauvinism, starting with Ron Jeremy who will only hire her as a janitor, and then fires her for sleeping on the job (literally, no double entendre here). Another exec Mr. Parson relents, and Mandy's back to cleaning toilets, and complaining a whole lot.
While Cara Lott is involved in a lesbian scene with the unfamiliar Gypsy Lee, Carroll still dreams of becoming an executive and gives Jeremy a blow job in his car to try and earn a promotion. She finally turns to blackmail to move up, having heard Mr. Parson making love to Sue Nero and finding incriminating documents to hold over Mr. Parson's head. After Mandy's four-way with executives in a board room, she finally achieves her goal and becomes top dog. Irony is that the tough-talking, cigar-smoking Mandy inherits the headaches of her new position, and is looking mighty overworked at video's end.
