This 10-minute black-and-white short film is already 17 years old and back then, Jasmin Tabatabai was still a fairly famous actress in Germany. Today, she isn't really anymore. She is almost as unknown as the actor who plays the old man here. He is not only still alive today, but still acting as well way into his 80s. There is really only one funny thing about this film, namely the fact that the housekeeper would really be stupid enough to pull out the respiration cable, so she would get electricity in order to clean the house. I hoped for an ending where the other lady (this actress is not acting anymore I believe) would see the two and think they were actually having sex. This would have been certainly more funny and entertaining than the one Peter Stauch went for. He was actually very young when he shot this. He turned 40 this year and is also still working, mostly on television. The ending he went for was just stupid and unrealistic in my opinion. It's supposed do be a very dark comedy I guess, but it just wasn't funny enough to let me recommend it. Better watch something else.
