There are quite a few well-known characters in this short produced by the Paramount organization for the War Bond drive. Few of the names have survived particularly, except for Woodrow Wilson. He was President at the time, after all. However, the other players are all well remembered by fans of very old movies, and Julian Eltinge was for many decades the best known female impersonator on stage, often accosted by woman who sought beauty tips from him.
