Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- King gets into a fight with a gang at a casino for cheating. While King wasn't able to cut anyone, the fact that he got beaten up by the gang, people are swinging blades at each other, his younger brother, Jack, got his right hand chopped off (on-screen) by a gang member, AND King slitting the mob boss's throat with a hidden knife inside his mouth makes this scene VERY DISTURBING for younger viewers.
- A group of thugs confront King at an amusement park and beat him up. Not long after, the ringleader of the boss shoves King's child down a tall escalator, causing him to fall and injure himself (although the scene showing the child falling actually reveals a doll with no face on it, even though the idea of a child getting shoved down an escalator can upset some viewers).
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- King's color-blindness can be very emotionally upsetting since the doctors could not do anything about it.
- The death of Jack can be sad to some viewers.
- King's reunion with his son can be very emotional for many viewers, especially when it was revealed that King's assistant, Chung, along with King's ex-wife, have been taking care of his child the entire time, though it can also be heartwarming since they finally get to spend time with each other (until the confrontation with the gang later on).
