Kudos to the Dog

An old man can't bear to have his old dog put down by the vet and decides to make the dog's last day a good one.

While the story is well told, the most compelling part of this film, for me anyway, was to see the acting by the dog. It amazed me that the film maker found a dog who did this part that well.

This short film is one of the best I've seen. I saw it when I was in Italy. I haven't been able to find it since. I'd love to have a copy for my own little collection.

It's on YouTube. search for films by the director
