Probably the boringest movie i have ever watched. It is like 70 minutes long but it feels like it is 4 hours long. The plot is really uninteresting and feels like a softcore version of a really bad 80's tokusatsu. The main characters uniforms as the "high heeled punishers" or "cats" are kind of nice and occasionally the film goes into some campy fun territory but for the most part you are left with god awful soundtrack, a boring plot, some near unbearable acting (and here im thinking especially of that one silly cop). It is also surprisingly tame. For a film that it is borderline a pinku if not one it really lacks tension, violence or anything really that would make it seem at least a little bit exciting.
