Plenty of action
deickemeyer31 March 2019
A Western offering in two reels, the cast including Robert Frazer. Edna Payne and Norbert Myles. The hero loses the love of his sweetheart through an inherited love of drink. She weds his rival. Some years later the hero, now reformed, is a Texas ranger. The rival, Evans, has turned out badly and deserted his wife to become a bandit. The hero rounds him up and there is a strong scene in which the wife unwittingly shoots her own husband to save her former lover. This offering has plenty of action and is of about average strength. - The Moving Picture World, November 7, 1914
