Nice piece of surreal art
jonathanphardy2 March 2004
I watched this film recently at university, it was a bad copy, but the quality of the film shone through quality of the print. A man speaks about word associations throughout the film, after a while of black screen, particular words he speaks, or parts of words come onto the screen as still pictures, e.g. when he says ass- ociation the whilst he says ass a picture of a donkey fills the screen, when he says but, there is a cigarette butt in an ashtray. It starts off with only select words. but builds until almost every syllable has a picture to accompany it, by the end the viewer will feel a bit dizzy watching possibly over 200 images in 7 minutes.

A good surreal piece that is just the right length. It doesn't mean anything, but its enjoyable to watch and will possibly give new ideas to any film makers in the audience.
