Brodwey is one of the most impressing documentaries I have seen
ronniegrob4 January 2005
Why? It shows the luck of simplicity. Although all people spending their time in this temporary town are quite poor compared to western standard, they are able to enjoy their time. There is no security mania about sacred lives, the life will be just lived. Shown is a life in 2000 that was lived in Europe around the 1950s.

The film lets all the portrayed people stand for themselves, the camera just sees and listens without asking and without weighing any importance. There is no big story told and just the time line between start and end - the characters come and go between cuts. the quality of the chosen pictures is exceptional.
