Music to my ears!
OllieSuave-0078 February 2017
This is a wonderfully filmed musical program, where baroque period composer Antonio Vivaldi's most famous piece is featured: The Four Seasons.

This beautiful string concerto is played throughout the movie while vibrant and glorious scenes of European countries are shown, including Germany, Italy and Austria. One of the scenes I fondly remember was the "Spring" portion of the musical piece and the scene of a fountain in the shape of a serpent, with water squirting out of its mouth.

My mom and I would often rent this program when video rental stories were still around, and my first time watching it was one of my first exposures to classic music. That type of music would become one of my favorite genres and hobbies in the future.

This movie with the serene sound of the string instruments was definitely music to my ears and a wonderful portrayal of the many beautiful things life has to offer!
