- A man has sex with a woman, the woman is naked with full rear nudity seen and side view of her entire body seen.
- In the beginning of the film, two characters can be seen with women from a gun expo. The side of a woman's breast can be seen.
- A man talks to a woman about showing her his "cannon" in a different language. He is later seen kissing the woman and it is implied they had sex.
- A woman and a man have sex in the shower. Moments showing their naked bodies are shown from medium distance. Side breasts and full rear nudity shown.
- A man is seduced by two "gift" prostitutes, but declines because he fears AIDS.
- A man's girlfriend is kicked out of a man's home and one of her breast is seen for a split second.
- A lady's bare butt is shown when brothers are with two ladies.

- A scene is shown where people are being lined up and executed. While you don't see the murders, you see the soldiers firing the guns and the smoke behind the wall in which they are being killed. Children are seen in the line.
- A man shoots another man who is talking to a woman. The characters bloody body is dragged away and a trail of blood is seen.
- A man is graphically shot in the head. It is seen with large amounts of blood.
- Children are shown missing limbs.
- A man is smashed in the head with a crowbar. Only seen briefly, an explosion later occurs which kills the man. You see his burning corpse.
- A woman and child are shown being hacked with machetes. No blood is shown, the bodies afterward are shown, but again, with no blood.
- Blood is shown being sprayed in a tent. You don't see any bodies, only a silhouette that heavily implies they are being murdered along with blood splatter.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Yuri's uncle is killed, he is obviously saddened.
- Vitaly struggles with drug addiction throughout the movie.
- Yuri takes part in killing his rival (though not by choice) and later drinks and has hallucinations about him.
- Vitaly is killed after he explodes a truck of assault rifles. He attempts to blow up the remaining truck with a grenade when Yuri grabs the grenade from him and puts the pin back in it. Vitaly takes his last breath and dies. Yuri looks at his murders in horror.
