Waffle sets out to catch a mouse for entrance to the Mouse Hunter's Ball; Mr. Blik gets so determined to win a barbecue cook-off, he goes to the moon to cook ribs with moon rocks.
Gordon tries to impress his beloved Human Kimberly by promising to introduce her to an actual unicorn; the mansion and its contents are at stake after Mr. Blik challenges his obnoxious neighbors to a race.
An allergic reaction to broccoli causes Gordon to look like a monster from a scary movie; and Mr. Blik is so desperate to win the title of Root Beer King that he resorts to cheating.
Cruel comments from Human Kimberly's friends lead Gordon to feel like less of a cat than normal; Mr. Blik has trouble being taken seriously after his fur is accidentally dyed green.
The cats are frantic over a shortage of root beer, after Human Kimberly stockpiles the beverage for her first slumber party, which the cats decide to crash. Later, Waffle experiences an identity crisis, trying many different roles.
The cats are visited by the ghost of their later benefactor, Mrs. Cramdilly, who spooks them into switching roles with Hovis, their butler; and the bickering feline brothers divide the house in three, which only leads to further conflicts.
Blik hosts a fancy society party that attracts zombies after Waffle messes up making the dip. Blik mistakes the not dead for the upper-crust folk, who are attacked when they finally arrive.
Mr. Blik gets 24 hours to live and Gordon and Waffle try to run away from Mr. Blik; Gordon refuses to celebrate Halloween as the aliens mistake the cats' redecorated house as a mothership.
