Long time viewer,first time poster

A friend of a friend told me about this short film being shown on one of those bizarre info channels on sky, so i decided to give it a view. What a surprise, even more so when i found out that this is the filmmakers first offering, yes it does have some issues which you would expect it being someones first offering but the pro's far outweigh the con's. First of all the filming was done in around Cardiff to my knowledge yet the filmmaker makes all the scenes look like they were filmed on location all over the world, the desert from Nevada, seedy jazz club in new Orleans etc. I also thought the fighting scenes were also very well done. I have downloaded the trailer from the website and wait to see what else this up and coming director will deliver.

Nicely made short film

A very nicely produced short film, which is finally getting some well-deserved recognition. (It's been getting quite a bit of airplay on Sky TV recently)

Beautifully shot in black and white, with just enough mystery to keep you interested. It's also nicely illustrated with a lot of silent looks between the characters in the vehicle, which speaks volumes.

The fight scene particularly stands out, and you can see there was a lot of attention to detail here. Which pays off very well. It's incredibly well-choreographed, and some of the shots are beautiful.

All in all, a very lovely looking film, and well worth seeking out. (I believe it's still occasionally shown on Sky, on Information TV)
