"Evaluation" begins with Wojo accidentally walking in on an indisposed Rosslyn Licori (Mari Gorman's third and final appearance), while Harris brings in a man (Richard Libertini, first of three) who gives his name as a number, 1223, causing an altercation while trying to open a bank account. Dietrich believes in numerology ("10-4!"), and a delighted Harris learns that the man's given name is 'Ira Grubb,' pronouncing him 'a lousy stinking 5' ("I've been called worse numbers than that!"). 'The Garden of Earthly Delights' is the location for a disturbance, a porno shop owned by Irene Schuman (Kay Medford, first of three) and her husband Eddie (Eugene Elman, second of three), with the perpetrators turning out to be her adult children (Barney: "A Ma and Pa porno shop? How refreshing!"). Changing with the times by switching from a grocery to adult merchandise (Dietrich: "party favors!"), they have chosen to remain merchants, rather than retirees basking in Florida. Meanwhile, everybody fears what Capt. Miller will say about each other at evaluation time. Fourth overall appearance for Mari Gorman, returning as the wife of Stanley Brock's Bruno Bender in two episodes, "Homeless" and "Landmark."
