A moving story.

Corporal Salt is keen to get up to Manchester and convince his wife to move back to London, he is met with a lack of sympathy. Meanwhile when disposing of a him, the team discover a second, with a trapped girl.

A very poignant, moving story, one which shows just how tough it was for the men at the time, they couldn't even grieve or care for loved ones, the was effort of course came first.

I did enjoy this very much, the story of Corporal Salt was engaging and very interesting. Excellent scene between him and Ash, real grief happening, with Merry Christmas banners in the background.

Very moving, 7/10.

A little sentimental

I wasn't as keen on this one because I didn't buy the character work as much as I have elsewhere. In fact, it felt quite overt and overtly sentimental, to its detraction. The two bomb idea is okay but feels included just for variety.
