'You look like a man who would have a widescreen tv.' It's 2024. All TVs are widescreen. Amazing! Caren Kaye and Judy Landers? Amazing! What did I do to deserve such riches? I kicked that dog, that's what I did. See, I told you the universe was backwards. It happened three years ago last Tuesday (and no one noticed.) Gopher is coming from his CPR class (with his new, uh, girlfriend.) Now the crew will have to get up at 6 am for the class. If he's not careful, Gopher might end up being the dummy! Dee Dee, the interior decorator, strikes up a relationship with Gregory. She's a maid. He's her boss. She has a friend who's not very nice. She's also Gregory's girlfriend. What happens when she comes aboard? Milton Berle tells his son to concentrate on the business deal. Then Milton oversteps his boundaries. Hannah, an outgoing woman, meets up with a young man, who's struggling to do what his dad wants. Dad turns out to be Hannah's old flame. You could say that Hannah is something of a muse. Will she be able to inspire the young man? Particularly with the Dee Dee story, the plotting here seems more involved than usual. Finally, Gopher gets a promotion! (Don't take yourself too seriously, son, but you surely will.) On Kafka's Love Boat Scale, this episode gets 3 1/2 * out of a possible 4 *.
