LOCK-UP is a superior episode of the MARTIAL LAW TV show, mainly because Arsenio Hall has finally settled into being one of the team and he's actually become a likable presence here. His prison shower scene is a hoot. The story sees Sammo and Hall going undercover in a prison to help bust a gun-smuggling ring, and it's a lively little story that boasts strong writing (there are some good twists here) and lots of nice little fight scenes. The great Patrick Kilpatrick guest stars as the villain of the piece and his menacing performance is so great that he's the best villain of the whole show so far.
