Several interesting events here. First of all, a Chinese girl is found buried. When her family is investigated, it is obvious they had something to do with it. It gets back to Chinese law. Second is supposed rape where a big bull of a man goes off. It leads to a battle in the offices where Rita whacks him with a fire extinguisher. This leads to a new IAD guy playing tough guy. There is also some touching stuff where James, that boy with the crazy mother has been held in detention and beaten and abused. Finally, John goes to meet his dying father, who was vicious toward him when he came out.
