Mum is fed up of living in a run down home and refuses to pay the phone bill off, until some home improvements are made, Arthur comes up with a solution, a cheap solution.
Pretty funny, not a classic, but there are some very funny moments throughout, the best part of course has to be the family trying to keep things out of sight, Blakey's moment was also very funny. I thought mum was particularly funny here.
Who hasn't sat on a bus, and wondered where on Earth the fabric comes from, it's made like nothing else on Earth.
So it wasn't my favourite episode, but it was good, once again it serves as a reminder of just how funny, just how consistent this show was, it's a good watch.
