We finally get a decision in the Pearson case. Lindsay does everything within her power to save her old professor, played by Edward Herrman. The Vogelman case continues with no evidence but with some carelessness on the part of the prosecution. Jimmy defends an employer against a beautiful Iranian woman who was terminated due to her "bad influence" on the other employees. It is a case involving xenophobia.
