A "hospital episode" where the detective needs to pose as a patient is almost a trope, but this one has several good points: Creepy hospital-at-night scenes where Laura thinks someone is stalking her, a scene in a morgue, and the murder here is a bit more intense than usual for this series.

Laura and Remington Steele have infiltrated a hospital specialising in sleeping disorders because their security has been compromised and a doctor has gone missing.
Laura plays a new doctor, Steele is a patient who has to deal with a stern nurse, a helpful doctor and a patient who keeps him awake all night.
I liked the mystery as it kept me guessing with a few false trails laid with also some developments with the 'will they-won't they' story.
