The episode opens with Mildred being abducted. Remington and Laura give chase but it all turns out to be a test by Walter Gallen.
Gallen wants to hire the agency to protect his two children. Gallen is testifying for the government against his former employer, something that would put his and his children's lives at risk.
Both Laura and Remington have difficulties in dealing with the children and they take a RV trip together. It gives Remington an opportunity to reference the Clint Eastwood film, The Gauntlet.
There is plenty of bickering in this episode both with the kids and between the adults. It does get tiresome when Remington and Laura do it.
Patricia Wettig makes an early appearance, the only person who can relate to the children.
