This one is about a juvenile who is in trouble with the law but is trying to go straight.
The episode focuses mostly on the juvenile and his interactions with the parole board and the courts and the squabbles among his family members and it all falls flat and is very tedious and uninteresting. The show also gets preachy at times which is never a good thing.
This is Victor Brandt's second appearance as a parole officer this season. The first was in The Institutional Man.
There are no hospital scenes and Jill is completely absent.
There are a couple of shootouts that are worth seeing but that's all this turkey has going for it. This is one of the worst episodes of the season.
