Marjoe Gortner who found fame as a child preacher before exposing it all as a fake plays a tough New York City cop called Joseph Cannon who has come to LA to extradite a small time crook back to New York.

Cannon has obviously watched Beverly Hills Cop as he has little time for LA cops who he calls Hollywood. However Cannon loses his prisoner and worse, he is not even a cop. Jesse has suspicions of this brute but needs to nail him somehow.

Gortner is a good value guest star but I am at a lost as to why Jesse needs Norman Tuttle as an outside operator to drive the motorbike into hyperthrust. Surely Jesse should be able do it himself.

A tough New York City cop is assigned to extradite a small-time embezzler that was captured by Street Hawk, but his brutal behaviour is too much for Jesse to tolerate, which makes him suspect that the New York cop isn't what he seems to be. Norman digs into his computer files to learn more information about him.

This episode features a cliffhanging scene where StreetHawk - the two wheeled Zorro- drives out of a demolishing building. A good scene, but it could've been staged better. Then again budget might be an issue. There's a good villain in the form of a fake cop - and nice repartee between Jesse and Norman, however on the whole it's rather average.
