Mark is accepted into a program for gifted students at David's high school.
A decent but not excellent episode that puts Mark's persona as a studious overachiever to good use. David resents having his little brother on his turf. The highlight is the cafeteria scene where Mark gets in a fight with a bully that is very well-choreographed.
There is a small subplot about Sandy getting a speeding ticket and a parking ticket that seems to exist only to pad the running time. Bert has a funny bit during his lunch ritual with the hard-boiled eggs. Mrs. MacGregor-- the school secretary with the deadpan delivery - steals the final scene away from Sandy. 7/10.
