Small time crook Gonzo is taken in for questioning following a minor incident, to clear himself he makes an outrageous claim, one which Burnside isn't keen to believe.
It's a clever episode, it's well conceived, well played out, and well acted, the car shunt is definitely a stone being thrown into a still pond moment, what follows, the ripple effect is there the interest comes with this episode.
Initially it seemed as if this was going to be a run of the mill watch, as it develops it gets better and better.
I liked the little bit of needle between Greig and Burnside, it's so often the latter that has the upper hand over the former.
