Not a bad episode really.

Warning: Spoilers
Here we see Beavis and Butthead working at Burger World. It is quite clear they hate it there, even though they have a few perks of the job, one of them being all you can eat, albeit from the outside bin.

They have an annoying customer to deal with, and it is their neighbour Tom Anderson who orders three things, large fries, a pie and a large coffee. Sounds simple enough but they feel like its hard work and linger about it, even though it is supposed to be a fast food place. That is until Anderson comes storming in to confront them about it.

They give him his food, but is it what he wanted? Still they gave it him for free so he's not complaining, however I wouldn't be too happy with what they put in there, especially since they were raiding the bin earlier.................

"Large fries, pie, large coffee. Pronto!"

Warning: Spoilers
When not commentating on some of the world's lamest or coolest music videos, Beavis and Butt-head have jobs at the local fast-food joint, Burger World. Basically, Burger World is a poor man's McDonald's, and the manager must have been super desperate to hire Beavis and Butt-head, and it's even stranger considering they're the only two employees at the restaurant. But anyway, our hapless heroes are gathering the fixings for the day's meals out back in the dumpster, Butt-head eating a rancid chicken sandwich and Beavis finding a dead rat. Getting an idea, the boys go back into the kitchen where Beavis sticks the rat into the fryer, just as Tom Anderson pulls into the drive-thru to order his usual large fries, pie and large coffee. He has to repeat the order several times before Butt-head slowly gets it, just as Beavis adds a few dead flies to his "mouse burger" special. After waiting over twenty minutes with no response, Anderson decides to go inside the restaurant and complain about the service, and lack thereof. As Butt-head swipes from the register and makes an announcement over the PA for Seymour Butts, an angry Anderson stumbles inside, and of course doesn't recognize the boys. He thinks they resemble two boys who spray painted his cat a week ago, but Butt-head assures him the act was performed by other kids. Anderson demands his order, so Beavis loads the dead rat and "French flies" into a bag. Anderson observes him work and concludes "that boy ain't right." So being unable to calculate his total, Butt-head says the order is on the house and Anderson happily leaves with his bag of deep fried rodent and insect corpses, commenting that the shrubs outside were in great need of a trim. Beavis and Butt-head chuckle at their little joke at Anderson's expense, and know that he will be coming back.

While this episode is pretty funny and enjoyable, the animation is extremely poor. Many of the backgrounds seem to have been colored with crayons, and for the most part, the character designs are extremely sloppy. I guess this is one of the very early episodes of the series when I think Mike Judge did a majority of the animating by himself, so I guess that accounts for it. Well, animation critiquing aside, this is another classic Beavis and Butt-head episode with a premise that couldn't be simpler: frying a dead rat and passing it off as food. If you want a solid plot with a strong story arc, look elsewhere, dude. So if you can find it, I recommend Burger World. Classic B and B, as well as classic Tom Anderson!
