Enjoyable.

This is one of five films featured in the DVD collection "The Short Stack: Volume 5". I have enjoyed their other compilations and can recommend this one as well.

This short is somewhat reminiscent of the film "Glengarry Glen Ross"--but without all the cursing and an injection of comedy. It all begins at a boiler room where they do phone sales of property. The boss talks to the audience and describes his various employees as well as talks about the wonders of lying to close a sale. He then tells his employees that the one who makes the biggest sale will get a trip to Maui. and a 2% increase on their commissions. Buddy, the only honest guy, decides that he's going to win the contest--even though everyone laughs at him and he's the poorest performer. But, when he meets a man named 'Raju', his luck seems to be turning for the better.

Overall, this is a nice little comedy short. In particular, I liked the guy who played in the lead--he was easy to like. And, for that matter, so is this short.
