Gorgeous model Suzy picks up a Brazilian figurine she finds on The beach, that evening, a guest, Brazilian model Juanita, warns that the figurine is dangerous, and urges her to get rid of it, Suzy refuses, and all manner of misfortune follows.
It's pretty much the exact same plot as an episode of Hammer House of Horror, called Charlie Boy. I fear this is a very pale imitation of it, this has neither the humour, nor the charm, Suzy is so utterly loathsome and spoilt, that you're simply not going to care about what happens to her.
Amanda Hillwood is alright here, I'd sooner think of her time on Inspector Morse, she replaced Max, and was more than a match for the good Chief Inspector. Very beautiful, very talented, but she was working with a poor script.
Sadly none of the characters really stood out here, this is one of the more forgettable episodes sadly.
