Watching this film was one of the worst uses of my time, ever. Of course, as a male, I know it wasn't really aimed towards me, however I had already seen "Diary of a Tired Black Man" and thought this might have been a 'tasteful response' to that.
The nature of this movie is to show different women in different situations. Each scene is introduced as the type of man you're going to see the woman date. The concept suffers horrible execution when a "down low brotha" is able to be identified by the most stereotypical gestures as an absolute surity. This "Black Woman's Guide" will also get you to draw negative conclusions about just about every man that's explored, as we're led to believe that basically any black man there is isn't in the black woman's best interest, and that any white man is also racist.
Perhaps this man-hosted documentary is aimed to make the "black woman" swear off men altogether, though I think poor research and genericly prejudice opinions killed this project before it's execution.
