Best episode of this season, damn near gave me a heart attack. Liking the change from season 1 to season 2 from both the characters.

Awesome concept that should have been utilised

What a scene - the single most chilling scene I've ever seen in a tv series.

Now my question is why not capitalise on the shock and horror it gave it's audience by actually making it 'what really happened'.

I believe that scene would have been the perfect ending to the television series because of how tragically realistic and confronting it is. People die at random times, nice people (James) and not nice people (Alyssa) shouldn't have a predestined fate of survival because they are the frontline of a television show and because the audience yearns for their relationship to be repaired. Both were in the middle of their own struggles, and on top of that it is obvious they were meant to be together - and that made me think the randomness of their deaths would have fully represented what the whole show is about. The world is cruel and random, as I believe the ending should have been.

Last warning...

Ok. We all know the exact scene that gives this episode a 10. It is mind blowing because it happens so fast. But it lets you hanging for long seconds. Long enough to actually think "Ok, so this is the second to last episode, it is a brittish show after all, so maybe this is it, this is the end for Alyssa and James and the end of the f***ing world as we know it". So when it goes back to reality, first thing you think is "oh thank God", but on the other hand, that was the perfect ending for the show and they blew it...

And don't get me wrong, I'd love to see 5 more seasons. But to be honest, I doubt they'll give a better finale than that.

The Climax

It seems the arc between Alyssa, James and Bonnie reaches its definitive end in this (in a good way) extremely tense and uncomfortable episode; Definitely one of the finest the series has ever delivered.

Masterful climax of a fantastic second season

What they pull off here is amazing. This episode is at the same time absolutely hilarious and extremely intense, without one cancelling out the other. Bravo! And yes, I also fell for that specific scene ... which is only a testament to how well it is done. The series, which I thought had to be a classic "one season wonder", is just as good (if not better) in season two.

What an episode. Its rare to see the heroes of this show actually talk about their feelings. And in thie episode they do, so thats good.

Everyone's talking about that one scene.....

...and yes, that one scene was good. But the part I liked most was directly after the scene. When Bonnie tries to kill herself and her captors try to save her. Bonnie met with despair was heart wrenching!

People saying that the series would've been "more realistic" if the series ended there. And I disagree.

Although more realistic it doesn't serve a purpose nor does it make you feel good. The purpose of entertainment/ TV isn't to be realistic. It's to tell a story and entertain. And so I think the entire message of the show would be lost if they died right there.

The cop who comes into the restaurant was super lame. Cmon, man. You see a gun at a 911 call and you drive away??

Danger Finally gone

Warning: Spoilers
Finally the face to face come and we witness Bonnie who trap alyssa and try to make her tell the truth . But even with that , Bonnie is blind by her love and cant believe about what happened to Alyssa with him . James came to rescue her and they explainthe truth and finally all get calm . Finally the police arrive . I mean the episode was pretty tense and have some nice moments (the policeman who go in the restaurant) . I mean it was pretty interesting and we finally have a decent conclusion end for our couple . Even if they completely get me when they showed the sequence where we see Bonnie point of view and when she hit the trigger . But it was only her imagination. Nice episode and what now ?

One left to go

We are apart from the end by only one episode and so far i can tell that this season is nothing like the first one and that is okay. But what is not okay for this season to be less good than the first. This season lakes a lot of the comedy and adventure. It's more like an end but it's stretched, in a good way, into a season for its own. I don't want to see this show going like the other shows and just produces content for the sack of just producing!

Missed it by THAT much

Ending of this series with the sudden death of Alyssa and James would've been the perfect end. It would've made sense for all what the series was really about. Going with a happy ending of them confessing love and holding hands makes no sense for a series named "The End of the F***ing world".

Warning: Spoilers
I am going to make this short and to the point. This is an absolutely brilliant television episode. However--if you read the reviews of the episode before watching it, even the ones that do not trip the spoiler alert, you may end up ruining it for yourself. Watch and enjoy, you willl not regret it.
