ZOO RACK begs the question of whether a bipedal . . .

. . . bug who speaks American should be fought under the rules of the Geneva Convention. Space Ghost does not seem to adhere to the rules of Modern Warfare when he engages the title character in apparently Mortal Combat. He shows no more mercy for Big Bug than a Pack Man ghost would have for your dot gobbler if you were too slow on the uptake. The best thing about this picture is that you do not need to waste a lot of quarters to get to the Final Level, putting things in terms that even Great Grandpa can comprehend (if he has any marbles left). It's important to remember that this film was released when Ford Mustangs were a new thing, and many Ford Edsel's still tooled the highways.

THE HEAT THING features some dude . . .

. . . shooting some sort of force rays out of his fists at a molten red lava-bomb hurling monster who has just emerged from a fiery pit on the planet Jupiter. Strangely enough, high-resolution photos have been circulated this week taken by the new Jim Webb space telescope. I remember hearing that these shocking pictures are infrared photos. I assume that this means that NASA is on the Jupiter equivalent of a Big Foot hunt that some backwoods types conduct here on Earth, except that way up there our tax dollars are being spent looking for THE HEAT THING.
