This Episode begins with Meredith and Andrew, they are waking up together in the morning. Meredith her article has been published, but it is another story then she has written. Maggie and Teddy perform Alicia her surgery. Alicia has past away after the surgery. Jackson performs Clervie her surgery. Owen has taken a job at the Pac-North Hospital. Maggie tells Josh that Alicia has past away. Link tells Amelia that he is in love with her. Bailey is pregnant. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 16, an Episode full of events this time. Bailey is pregnant and Meredith is trying to get to her work again!

In the first seasons, it was like a soap opera but the characters had a great development and good moments. The plots were excelent and interesting. We had episodes and scenes epic, emotional and crazy. But now its boring and everything is predictable and inconsistent
