I loved the first 2 seasons of this show. Then came season 3. I don't know what happened, but suddenly everyone acts ridiculous. Over the top overacting, laughing hysterically at everything, and it honestly seems like they're all on something. The hosts and the competitors too. They do all these stupid dances and moves when they're introduced too. Yikes. Almost unwatchable. I wish Harry were still a judge. And Brad, omg, he seems very fake with his super-enthusiastic but not authentic acting. It's bizarre. I mean they're all very positive and kind, so there's that, but it just lacks any professionalism that it used to have.

Tries too hard to be funny
NicoletteSteele28 September 2022
I'm still on the fence about this show. The set is overly colorful and juvenile, the host is stiff and over-the-top fake, and the some judges feel like they're trying too hard to be funny (they're not). Everything feels extremely forced on this show, even compared to other baking competition shows which always have some sort of try-hard-to-be-funny aspect. But I think the most disappointing element was the poor camera work. Many shots are blurry and shot from odd angles, to the point they shouldn't have been included in the final cut. Honestly, the best part of the show is Eddie Jackson. His personality carries the show.
