- Couple of occasion woman topless and rear nudity show, these scenes are parodies of From Dusk Til Dawn.
- Nadine's big breasts are often a source of fan-service humor, her chest got illuminated twice and has been accidentally fondled twice. During the Team Helsing VS Team Monsters karaoke showdown, one of Nadine's dance moves is when she sways her breasts from side to side (the camera briefly focuses on them).
- Stan Helsing, Nadine, Teddy and Mia accidentally walk onto a set of a XXX gay-porno shoot called "Cornhole Pictures", the first thing we see is a set full of sex toys and kinky devices while the Frankenstein Monster is receiving oral. (Earlier, the quartet were also seen at a gay cathedral).
- Two female Halloween swingers are seen making out in a bathroom stall.
- Lucky is seen laying his face on a little girl's lap, the killer doll giving her cunnilingus is audible. He then turns to Stan Helsing and mimes a blowjob and spanks his plastic bare butt which we see. (In a deleted scene, Lucky gets gang-raped by other dolls)
- One of the key plots of the film is that Stan Helsing was a clerk at a video store called "Schlockbuster", who is on a quest to deliver a bag full of porn-parodies.
- Stan Helsing catches Mia by her ankles to keep from falling into a giant tube and then looks up her skirt. Then he breaks the fourth-wall by switching the camera to a reverse POV so the audience can also get a good look at her pink panties. All of a sudden, a rat crawls over to Mia's panties and she starts climaxing.
- Stan Helding slides down ontop on top of Mia from behind and the popping sound implies that his pistol is inserted inside one of her holes. Nadine and Teddy slide down next, inserting Stan's gun back inside of Mia while Teddy finds himself juggling Nadine's big breasts blindly in the dark.
- Michael Jackson is seen at a cemetery vending an ice cream truck where he sells to children some popsicles shaped like male genitalia. The gland-tips are red, the prostate-bodies are white, and the testicles are blue.
- A perverse Native American man who vends a convenient store would stalk customers to the bathrooms to peek through a glory-hole in the wall at them using the toilet. While watching, he masturbates while filming them discretely.
