Sex & Nudity

  • Contains some sexual references throughout the film and open discussion of sexual activities (including male masturbation), also including uses of anatomical terms.
  • It is implied that two characters have sex, however, nothing is depicted onscreen aside from a brief moment of fully clothed kissing.
  • A young and attractive woman is portrayed to be extremely promiscuous for personal gains. (She has 4 short standing relationships in the movie and flirts some other men.)

Violence & Gore

  • A projectile shoots through a man's testicle. In slow motion, he writhes in pain and falls to the ground. The injury is referenced many times as a source of humor.
  • A man is punched in the face, however, the actual impact is not depicted onscreen (the screen becomes black and fades to the next scene). The resulting bruise is visible in subsequent scenes.

Profanity

  • "Jesus Christ" misused as an expletive.
  • Contains a few uses of the word "fuck" and its variants. Also contains occasional use of milder terms throughout the film (e.g. "shit", "asshole", "balls" etc.).
  • References are made to a death metal band known as "God's Cock" which may offend some viewers.
  • A man is constantly verbally abusive towards his subordinates, calling them names (like dingus, boy genius, etc).

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • People are seen drinking, including the protagonist.
  • In one scene, two characters inhale from an exceptionally long bong and are then seen exhaling. The actual use of the bong is shown in relatively strong detail. The effect of the drug is shown semi-realisticly (for comic effect).

  • The protagonist takes a horse tranquiliser while drinking.
  • A man constantly encourages another man to try various drugs (prescription and illegal) and offers him drugs. He also praises certain drugs and claims them to be the solution to mankind's problems.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • This film does not contain any material that is likely to frighten or cause distress.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • In order to justify having an affair due to his wife withholding intimacy from him, a man hires a gigolo posing as a pool boy, to have sex with her. In an over-the-top flashback sequence, the gigolo is seen flirting and loosening the woman's bra, however, the flashback ends there.
