"She was a very beautiful woman.Very strong and very smart. Not unlike yourself."

The memorial for Beth provides a nice quiet moment for the series, allowing the characters to assess where they are and what they've become.Ric and Mattie are at their closest and most adult in their handling of the situation while Tony is encouraged to look around at what he's got. It's worth it just for the surprisingly touching scene of Tony pushing Matilda on the swing.

Morag continues to revel in a rare solo storyline, with her priceless reaction to getting relationship advice from Irene and her nicely waspish attitude towards Ross.Where does she get her fishing clothes from though? It's the material at the school that really disappoints.Miles once more makes a rod for his own back by giving his class permission to do something that is doubtless going to haunt him and Nicole loses viewer sympathy by committing the cardinal sin of trying to split up a popular couple.(Being nasty to Melody is about as defensible as kicking a puppy.)What Jazz is playing at by effectively blackmailing Martin into ignoring Nicole flouting school rules is anyone's guess. Maybe she just likes playing power games.
