Amazing Documentary

Happiness is looks at what truly makes people happy.

This is a wonderful film. Andrew Shapter and his crew travel all across the United States interviewing a wide array of people with different backgrounds from the Dalai Lama to Willie Nelson.

The film does not have a feel of a traditional documentary. Shapter's unique style is carried over from his previous film and I maintained interest in the film from the very beginning to the end.

The film takes some unexpected twists which aids in the riveting and compelling subject, and the way in which it was approached.

I recommend this film that has great insight and a very unique analysis of the pursuit of happiness.

Very inspiring take of what the "pusuit of happiness" should mean.

I found this movie by accident. A friend posted it on facebook and I spontaneously bought it.

This is a diamond in the rough. A rare timeless gem that will grow more over time (I'm sure).

The film looks directly at the phrase "the pursuit of happiness," all kinds of people ponder it's meaning...philanthropists, scholars, the occasional celebrity like John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson, spiritual leader such as the Dalai Lama , and a variety pack of Americans rich and poor, what their definition of happiness was.

No the answers were not as I expected. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. To be more specific, I was inspired I guess you could even say that "Happiness Is" serves as a beacon of sorts...pointing in the right direction. The path of Happiness Is clear...

See for yourself (I won't spoil it for you)

Why do you have to politicize everything bro?

A lovely concept for a movie and a great start which gets completely muddled by LIBERAL politics, Clips of Bill O'Reilly and so many of them not needed. Thought this was a movie about discovering happiness and not a political piece for illegal immigration. Poor execution and sadly what a waste of time and money and effort.
