Marcel Perez is parading around town in a dress. All the men who see her are entranced. They follow her, declare their love for her, fight over her and get on the trolley to be near well, actually it's not her, is it?
The copy of this movie I looked at on the YouTube site was clearly cut down. The IMDb description indicates they follow Perez home; this half-reel film ends, so far as it is concerned, with an interior shot of the trolley. The result looks more bizarre than funny, although given the emphasis on Perez' hawkish, big-nosed face, the reactions of the men in the movie are, I suppose, even funnier. Structurally, however, this movie as it exists consists of one long gag, and requires more.
