The saving Grace's for this episode were the interviews conducted by Agent Martinez (Presciliana Esparolini). She has either previously performs those actions or effectively researched the role of interviewer. She can also speak volumes with just facial expression or a glance.

Pretty bad episode. The writing, directing, and editing is so bad. The case is pretty much like others in the past but not written well enough. Arkady is overused and underused this this. What I mean he usually comes in very good episodes and brings something to the show. Caleb Castille looks camera shy. What's up with Ll Cool J and Chris O'Donnell?

Warning: Spoilers
I appreciate how NCIS Los Angeles has been able to stay on the air for so long despite how many spin-offs of big time CBS procedurals have failed to do so, but the quality of the content has been on a downward spiral for a long time now.
They truly have run out of ideas now as we saw in tonight's episode. There are always a few good lines and moments show after show, but other than that it is about it. These premises are so played out and they try to force playful banter between all of the different groups of partners, but twelve years in it really is not working the way that it once was anymore.
