"Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla" was another entertaining "Schoolhouse Rock" cartoon

Written by Bob Dorough and Kathy Mandry and sung by Jack Sheldon, this was another "Schoolhouse Rock" cartoon often presented between various ABC Saturday Morning shows during the '70s and '80s. Sheldon sing-voices as Albert Andreas Armadillo who owns a rhinoceros warbling about himself and his friends Rufus Xavier Sarsaparilla and his sister Rafaela Gabriella Sarsaparilla who own a kangaroo and an aardvark, respectively. Sheldon says many of these names quite a bit before than switching to pronouns which makes it easier to continue talking since "all those nouns over and over can really get you down"! They all ride on their respective pets before then going on a bus which causes quite a commotion! This wasn't as great as other "Schoolhouse Rock" cartoons but it's still pretty entertaining.
