I don't know what is happening to tv shows lately. They have all taken a 180 degree turn. We all know that life is never perfect but this is getting absurd.
Hospitals and doctors are there to save lives. Doctors are supposed to be ethical but these characters break the rules most of the time and are so unethical.
Maggie has lost the plot and even advises a med student to hide the truth from an attending doctor.
Natalie has over the last season or 2 jump from 1 bed to another. Anything that looks like a man is fine with her. She is completely unethical and breaks the rules all the time and gets away with it. She steals trial medication for her mother and yet again gets away with it. Everything is covered up.
Will that used to be a great character has also lost it along the way. He doesn't know what kind of doctor he wants to be. On the one hand he gets upset by people breaking the rules but on the other hand he breaks them himself and also cover up the unethical behaviour of some his co doctors. He is also somebody that cannot be trusted and lies all the time to the partner doctor on the trials.
Dr Dean has issues and also follows his own mind. He is also requested to seek some professional help but most of his colleagues needs it more than him.
