This is an excellent encapsulation of the individual angst and conflict (and joy, belatedly and temporarily) of the 2020 election. Silveira and Hernandez give us a view into a dystopian future that really isn't too far in front of us. It's a beautiful and heartfelt call to action.

I recently tried to finish this movie thinking that it would be a unbiased documentary. It was not...it was really slow and really fast at times, the acting was on another level of terrible. I could not finish it. It demoralized all republicans and was not appropriate for anyone!! No trigger warnings!?

I saw American Thief, had a lot of expectations on this movie, and they were all surpassed!
I am amazed at how they made such a beautiful and moving political documentary!
The smart metalinguistic narrative combined with the exquisite photography and captivating rhythm make it easily a must watch movie!!
