Bobby Moynihan, famous for being in Saturday Night Live, chews the screen as Jayden Kwapis. For some reason, I thought Bobby was in MAD TV, but no, after internet checking I was wrong. I kind of couldn't help myself compere Tina Fey's Mr. Mayor with Michael J Fox's Spin City, and also Fey's 30 Rock, but maybe it's unfair to make such comparisons I guess.
Interestingly, there seem to be more sitcoms and movies about the deputy mayor of New York compared to the mayor of Los Angeles, such is the cultural position that New York politics is in, but still Mr. Mayor is worth watching at least once init.
