There isn't really any doubt that Aden's going to show up for the wedding. But the poor pacing and plotting means he has to come to terms with Belle's terminal condition in the space of a few hours, without really talking to her about it, and then marry her. That's just sloppy. Nicole has some nice moments, acting as go between for Aden and Belle, and the letter from Roman is a good idea which helps makes things believable.Geoff's reaction to Belle's wedding dress is another oddly written moment and Lincoln Lewis has trouble knowing how to play it. Belle and Amanda have some more nice interaction and Annie gets to say everything's romantic while Geoff rolls his eyes.
There's a few brief character moments but the main subplot involves Ruby persuading Charlie to lie to their parents, after which we get a head scratcher of a cliffhanger where Charlie gets hit by a car that was driving at about thirty miles an hour towards the end of a cul-de-sac while she walked in a position where the driver could clearly see her.As for the driver...well, presumably we're meant to recognise him but it's a fairly obscure character who we haven't seen for several months so you might want to check the credits instead.
